Now You Know reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Now You Know and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Now You Know is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Terms of Purchase – Premium Membership Plan

When you purchase a premium membership plan from us, you are purchasing the ability to receive and activate 7 courses in the following 12 months as of the date of subscription at the price specified at the offer made to you at the date of the purchase.
Activation of a course is done by pressing the Enroll function once you shall receive an email inviting you to do so.
It is clarified that not all the courses shall be delivered upon the day the premium membership plan is purchased; the courses will be released throughout the year i.e. from January 1^st to 31^st of December of the relevant year and the premium membership plan is based on future releases of courses.
Your annual premium membership plan renews automatically, it will renew for an unlimited number of renewal periods equivalent in duration to the difference between the Start Time and the End Time of your original premium membership plan purchase, unless canceled according to the terms listed below.
By signing up for a premium membership plan you agree to have your credit card information stored by our third-party credit card processing provider. We do not store any of your financial information – we only store what is needed for account setup (your name, contact information, etc.).
If you choose not to activate a course during the premium membership plan, you shall lose your right to that course once the premium plan is canceled.
If, at any time during the 30 business days from the date in which you purchased your premium membership plan ("Initial Period") you would like to cancel your membership, you may do so by contacting our support team, with no cancellation fee and we will return to you your subscription fee and close your account.
If at any time, after the initial period you would like to cancel your membership, you may do so by contacting our support team. You will be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and you will enjoy your premium that month’s billing period.
You may choose not to renew your annual premium membership plan, you may do so by contacting our support team. When you choose not to renew your annual premium membership plan you will still have full use of your premium membership plan until the end time of that term period.
We may add or remove purchasable, promotional and subscription content (collectively, "Content") from our catalog and website, we make no guarantee as to the availability of specific courses and Content or to the exact release date of the courses during the premium membership plan.
The price of your annual premium membership plan may be modified to ensure that the annual premium membership plan continues to be a viable service or to respond to market conditions. We will notify you by email to the email address you provided to us at the subscription at least 30 days in advance of any price increase. You will be able to cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect.
If a promotion offers you a discount on your premium membership plan, that discount will apply to the initial purchase price only. All subsequent recurring subscription fees will be charged at the then-current regular price until canceled.
Courses are NOT TRANSFERABLE. You cannot transfer the courses to others.
The content is made available for your personal, private, non-commercial use on your device. Except for rights explicitly granted to you, all rights in the Courses content are reserved by us.
Use of the premium membership plan is subject to these Usage Terms, NYK Terms of Service and User Agreement, and the applicable Privacy policy. You can access these documents by using the link to Privacy / Terms menu.
